Tabitha Savoie is the fun loving, imaginative personality and designer behind Togs Design. A daydreamer by nature, Tabitha has used her colourful creativity to make pieces that are bold, edgy but still functional wearable art. With a background in visual arts, and a degree in the fashion arts, Tabitha has seemed to have made her daydream become a reality...
